Relationships are central to our lives, yet some relationships - whether they are with a partner, a family member, a friend or a work colleague - tend to be the source of significant distress. Challenges in these relationships can lead to feelings of being unheard, unloved, misunderstood, and emotionally depleted. Despite a strong desire for positive change, our efforts to make things better with certain people can often create additional frustration and distress, leaving us feeling stuck.
